Domestic Programs

The MBA Leadership Program at Amgen is an opportunity to use your business skills and experience to dramatically improve people’s lives. Participants have the chance to play a crucial role in the success of our organization and work with some of the industry’s top individuals.

Recent business school graduates can experience our science-based, high-performing environment through full-time positions in our Finance and Marketing organizations. Our 10 to 12-week summer MBA internships, designed for first-year MBA students, serve as a primary source of talent selection for these full-time positions.

European Programs

In addition to our domestic recruiting efforts, Amgen’s global presence allows us to recruit from international MBA programs as well. We select talent from the top six international business schools and offer a rotation program, providing MBA students with invaluable experience across a wide spectrum of functional disciplines.
