The Safety Net Foundation
Providing Assistance to those in need.

Being faced with a health concern can be devastating and can lead to concerns about how to access the care and treatment needed. This is especially true for those who do not have medical insurance, or have insufficient personal income to enable them to obtain needed medical care.

The Safety Net Foundation is a well-established patient assistance program that provides qualifying patients with access to Amgen products. Through a simple registration and enrollment process, qualifying patients can receive needed Amgen products through their provider.

The Safety Net Foundation will provide patient assistance for:

Aranesp®
EPOGEN®
Neulasta®
NEUPOGEN®
Nplate®
Sensipar®
Vectibix®

Eligibility: We’re here to help
Certain uninsured patients with limited financial resources are eligible for The Safety Net Foundation. These patients must meet residency, insurance and income eligibility criteria.

Program Enrollment: We keep it simple
Registration and enrollment in The Safety Net Foundation is easy. Upon completion of the application process, eligible patients are enrolled in the Foundation for up to one year. Patients can remain eligible for assistance for as long as they continue to require treatment with at least one of the Amgen products available through The Safety Net Foundation — and to continue to meet program eligibility criteria.

Product Fulfillment: We provide timely product shipments through a licensed pharmacy, RxCrossroads®.
