Xiaoting Wang

Senior Scientist
Translational Safety & Bioanalytical Sciences

Xiaoting is a cellular immunologist in toxicology research, with expertise in T cell biology, cytokines and translational immunology.  She currently leads the Translational Immunobiology group in Translational Safety & Bioanalytical Sciences at Amgen.  Xiaoting’s group has developed many in vitro immune assays to evaluate target expression, predictive safety, functional assessment of the drug candidates and the PD biomarkers for toxicology studies. In addition, her group is working on comparative studies of the immune and hematopoietic systems in non-clinical species and human by single cell RNA sequencing, cytof and flow analysis. The group is also exploring in vitro organoid culture models to answer safety related questions.
