Amgen to Webcast 2011 Business Review Meeting on April 21

Amgen (Nasdaq: AMGN) today announced that it will hold its Business Review Meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, 80 Columbus Circle, New York City, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. In the meeting, Kevin Sharer, chairman and CEO, Robert A. Bradway, president and COO, Roger M. Perlmutter, M.D., Ph.D., executive vice president, Research and Development, and Jonathan M. Peacock, executive vice president and CFO, will discuss the Company's strategy and long-term growth objectives, commercial performance and expectations, research and development innovation and pipeline progress, financial performance expectations and the Company's capital allocation plan.
