David W. Gibbs served as Chief Executive Officer of Yum! Brands, Inc., a leading global restaurant company, from 2020 to September 2025 and as a director of Yum! Brands from 2019 to September 2025. Since October 2025, Mr. Gibbs has served as an advisor to Yum! Brands. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Yum! Brands from August 2019 to December 2019; President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from January 2019 to August 2019; and President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in his career at Yum! Brands, Mr. Gibbs served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pizza Hut Division from 2015 to 2016, President of Pizza Hut U.S. in 2014 and President and Chief Financial Officer of Yum! Restaurants International, Inc. from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Gibbs has served as a director of Under Armour, Inc. since 2021 and is Chair of its Human Capital and Compensation Committee. He has served as a director of PepsiCo, Inc. since 2026 and is a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Gibbs holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical science from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
